Clinical Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow - Child & Adolescent Focus

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow to join our multidisciplinary team. This fellowship is an opportunity to gain advanced clinical experience working with children and adolescents using evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The fellow will also engage in psychological testing and assessment with a diverse pediatric population.

    • Provide individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and parents utilizing ACT, DBT, and CBT approaches.

    • Conduct psychological assessments including intellectual, emotional, and behavioral evaluations for children and adolescents.

    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive care.

    • Provide case management and consultation with other healthcare professionals as needed.

    • Engage in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities.

    • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with ethical standards and regulations.

    • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, School, or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.

    • Completion of an APA-accredited internship.

    • Experience in working with children and adolescents in therapeutic settings.

    • Proficiency in ACT, DBT, and CBT with an emphasis on child and adolescent populations.

    • Strong assessment skills and experience in psychological testing (e.g., intelligence testing, ADHD assessments, emotional/behavioral evaluations).

    • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Ability to demonstrate empathy, cultural competency, and professionalism when working with diverse populations.

    • Structured supervision and mentorship from licensed psychologists.

Pre-Doctoral Practicum Student

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pre-Doctoral Psychology Practicum Student to join our multidisciplinary team. This practicum experience is an opportunity to gain clinical experience working with children, adolescents and adults using evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The practicum experience will also offer opportunities in psychological testing and assessment with a diverse populations.

    • Provide individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults utilizing ACT, DBT, and CBT approaches.

    • Conduct psychological assessments including intellectual, emotional, and behavioral evaluations for children, adolescents and adults.

    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive care.
