Michael Wusik, PhD

For over a decade, Dr. Wusik has been working in the mental health field delivering cutting edge, effective therapies to teens, adults and families.
Dr. Wusik obtained his doctorate in clinical science at Virginia Tech and completed his doctoral internship at the University of Maryland Medical School/Baltimore Veterans Hospital Consortium. During that time, he worked under the foremost specialists in trauma, mood and behavioral disorders and receiving specialized training in ACT and DBT.
Dr. Wusik specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) for health and wellness changes and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Diana Ginns, PhD, BCBA-D
Licensed Psychologist/Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Interns

Dr. Ginns obtained her master’s degree in counseling in 2007, her board certification in behavior analysis in 2012, and her doctorate in school psychology in 2015. She has been working with individuals in a therapeutic capacity for over 18 years. In those 18 years, she has worked as a school psychologist, therapist, school consultant, university instructor, and licensed psychologist. Dr. Ginns completed her doctoral training and residency at the Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. During this time, she worked under some of the foremost specialists in behavior disorders and family systems. She received specialized training in collaborative problem solving to derive unique, meaningful therapeutic treatments for clients.
Dr. Ginns’ work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She is a licensed psychologist and board certified behavior analyst. She is a certified provider of Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) and has extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for individuals with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). . Dr. Ginns is passionate about working with people who want to improve their quality of life through living intentionally and in concert with their values; Dr. Ginns currently sees individual clients across the lifespan.

Zack Isoma, PsyD
Licensed Psychologist, Director of Measurement-based Care
Dr. Zack obtained his doctorate of clinical psychology at Pacific University of Oregon. Following his time at Pacific University of Oregon, Dr. Zack completed his internship at Arkansas State Hospital where he was afforded the opportunity to hone his clinical skills across a diverse range of individuals in a high acuity setting. From there, Dr. Zack completed his post-doctoral training as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team overseeing multiple inpatient crisis stabilization units. As someone who values growth and life-long learning, Dr. Zack has continued to push himself in developing his clinical skills - seeking out supervision and specialized training for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as effective implementation of Measurement-based Care.
Dr. Zack utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a primary approach to therapy and is passionate about teaching ACT to other clinicians via workshops and seminars. Dr. Zack has a particular interest in working with men’s issues, including how men experience depression, anxiety and trauma. Along with his clinical duties, Dr. Zack is the director of Measurement-based care for PGTB - overseeing the use of measures at PGTB to ensure that all clients seeking help get the highest quality care possible.

Erica Lozy, PhD
Licensed Psychologist, Clinical Director

Dr. Lozy earned her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2015 from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with clinical training at the Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. She later pursued her doctoral training in School Psychology at Louisiana State University, earning her degree in 2022. Her pre-doctoral clinical training was conducted at the Munroe-Meyer Institute in Omaha, Nebraska, where she worked closely with physicians and parents in a primary care setting. Dr. Lozy is an independently-licensed psychologist and board certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
Her therapeutic approach integrates Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Dr. Lozy emphasizes a collaborative treatment model, coordinating services across the school, home, and community settings to maximize treatment effectiveness and long-term outcomes.With expertise in family-based behavioral training, Dr. Lozy works closely with caregivers of children with challenging behavior and emotional dysregulation. She also provides individual therapy for pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults experiencing a range of mental health disorders.

Philip Pinizzotto, M.A., RMHCI

Phil Pinizzotto has experience working with individuals of various ages, with a primary focus on supporting young adults. He earned his Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and has worked as a mental health counselor in college settings. Phil utilizes evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
He specializes in working with young adults navigating life transitions, addressing issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. Phil is passionate about empowering his clients to develop healthier coping strategies, challenge negative thought patterns, and foster personal growth as they build a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Phil is passionate about helping clients live a life that feels valuable to themselves. Phil's sessions are highly collaborative as he works with clients to build a better understanding of themselves and find effective ways to navigate life's challenges.

Karla Aguilu, PsyD
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Aguilu completed her graduate work at Nova Southeastern University and her graduate-level training at the Children’s Institute in Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Aguilu has a passion for helping patients navigate life’s challenges coupled with over 13 years of experience providing therapeutic services across the life-span. Dr. Aguilu is a generalized psychologist who works with children, teens, adults and full families. Dr. Aguilu specializes in grief, end of life concerns, mixed-family situations, immigration evaluations and major life transitions. Dr. Aguilu utilizes skills from CBT, DBT and TF-CBT while tailoring treatment to fit the diverse population she works with. Additionally, as a native Spanish speaker, Dr. Aguilu is committed to making services accessible to those who need it.

Madison has experience working with individuals across a range of ages, from children to adults, with a primary focus on young adults. She holds a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy and has worked as a mental health counselor on college campuses.
Madison’s approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is interested in working with young adults navigating life transitions, as well as addressing athlete-related concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and body image issues.
Madison is passionate about helping clients identify their values and use them as a foundation for navigating life’s challenges, fostering personal growth, and building a meaningful life.

Madeline Myers, M.S.Ed, RMHCI

Madeline earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska in 2023. She is currently pursuing independent licensure under the supervision of Dr. Ginns.
During her clinical internship at the Munroe-Meyer Institute, completed as part of her master’s program, Madeline received specialized training in providing integrated behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and their families. This experience equipped her with a strong foundation in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to the developmental and systemic needs of young clients and their support networks.
Madeline is committed to empowering clients by helping them develop resilience and healthy coping strategies. With a focus on meaningful growth, she supports clients in navigating life’s challenges in a way that aligns with their values and goals. Her therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Amanda Schmitt, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Pronouns: She/Her
Amanda completed her master’s degree in social work at the University of South Florida in 2021 and obtained her license as a clinical social worker in 2023. She has worked in nonprofit, community mental health and school settings. Amanda is also a trauma-informed yoga instructor.
Amanda’s treatment style is tailored to empower clients by blending evidence-based cognitive techniques with somatic practices to encourage holistic healing. Amanda integrates experiential and mindfulness practices into treatment, such as yoga and breathwork. Her skillset is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Amanda specializes in individual therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transition and women’s issues. Amanda is passionate about working with trauma survivors and has received specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

Sophie Hall
Office Administrator, Pronouns: She/Her
Sophie is the backbone of the PGTB office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. With her passion for helping other and strengthening the team, Sophie manages various administrative tasks vital for the day-to-day operations of the clinic. She oversees scheduling, onboarding of new clients and correspondence with insurance companies. Sophie is known for her friendly demeanor, patience and willingness to assist and to find creative solutions to tricky problems. These factors make Sophie an invaluable asset to the PGTB organization and a key part of the PGTB mission.
