The goal of this 2-day, intensive training is for clinicians to gain an understanding of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and its core principles. This workshop is a highly experiential program that provides a safe and supportive environment for clinicians to enhance their ACT skills and build confidence in integrating these techniques into their practice.
